Ordering FAQs

  • Orders ship with Standard Flat Rate shipping. It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order (3-4 business days after fulfillment)

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

  • Your privacy is important. It is our policy to respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information we may collect about you, including across our website, and other sites we own and operate.

  • To help reduce waste apparel products are printed on demand so we never use more than we need. All products are shipped in post-consumer recycled plastic.
